How fast is delivery?

Stripe confirms payment, then you’re sent to a claim page to create your username, password, and Discord ID. That account is live immediately. Join Discord if the redirect doesn’t land.

Where do I get support?

Open a ticket in our Discord — discord.gg/mojoext. Staff are active and we’ll work through issues with you directly.

What’s included with Mojo Client?

Desktop access and Discord support. Optimizer, BP preorder, and custom projects are sold separately.

Can I preorder Mojo BP?

Yes. Mojo BP is available for preorder now and will be delivered when the product launches. Preorder tiers are marked on the shop cards.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital purchases are generally final once access is delivered, except where required by law or when our team approves a case for a clear service failure on our side. Contact us on Discord first — we prefer to fix things.

How do custom projects work?

Purchases & access

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Access is granted after successful payment.
Plan lengths match what you select at checkout (1 month, 3 months, lifetime, or one-time).
Preorder items are paid upfront and delivered when the product becomes available.

Accounts & responsibility

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Sharing, reselling, or redistributing access without written permission is not allowed.
Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in permanent loss of access.

Support & refunds

Support is provided through our Discord community at discord.gg/mojoext.
Digital goods are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where required by law or approved by our team for a clear service failure on our side.
We aim to resolve issues quickly — open a ticket and we’ll work with you in good faith.
