How fast is delivery?

After Stripe confirms payment, access is handled as quickly as possible. Join Discord if you need help activating or have a question about your order.

Where do I get support?

Open a ticket in our Discord — discord.gg/mojoext. Staff are active and we’ll work through issues with you directly.

What’s the difference between Public and Private?

Public is our core offering. Private is a tighter-access build for customers who want a more exclusive lane. Both include support through Discord.

Can I preorder Mojo BP?

Yes. Mojo BP is available for preorder now and will be delivered when the product launches. Preorder tiers are marked clearly on the shop cards.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital purchases are generally final once access is delivered, except where required by law or when our team approves a case for a clear service failure on our side. Contact us on Discord first — we prefer to fix things.

How do custom projects work?

Open a ticket in Discord, describe what you need, and we’ll quote timeline and pricing before any work starts.

Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Mojo products and services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Purchases & access

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Access is granted after successful payment.
  • Plan lengths match what you select at checkout (1 month, 3 months, lifetime, or one-time).
  • Preorder items are paid upfront and delivered when the product becomes available.

2. Accounts & responsibility

  • Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing access without written permission is not allowed.
  • Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in permanent loss of access.

3. Support & refunds

  • Support is provided through our Discord community at discord.gg/mojoext.
  • Digital goods are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where required by law or approved by our team for a clear service failure on our side.
  • We aim to resolve issues quickly — open a ticket and we’ll work with you in good faith.

4. Availability

  • We work hard to keep services online and updated, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • Features and packaging may evolve as we improve the product.
